Monitor components for consumables to be ordered and initiate timeous requisitions to replenish stock
Expedite the same
Verify and check all GRN's from suppliers on a daily basis
Resolve discrepancies immediately
Ensure goods are packed on the correct shelves
Full function on credits on the Syspro system in the appropriate warehouse
Receiving goods
Arranging inspection
Monitor credits on a weekly basis
Return Items to stock
Maintain bin numbers of all store items
Ensure that the correct bin number is used when items are GRN'd
Upkeep of bin cards where applicable
Investigate the number of bins on a weekly basis
Liaise with Sales and Procurement on Barriers
Maintain physical critical stock levels
Ensure that the company targets are met regarding Value of Inventory
Reporting on the same
Physically conduct quarterly and weekly cycle stock takes
Assist on Recon of the same
Manage stock losses, wastages and variances
General House Keeping
Keep the store tidy and clean at all times
Maintain and implement new procedures
Maintain Iso 9001 Requirements
Ensure SHEQ procedures are followed
Weekly HPM's to address barriers and plan workload
Ensure orders are packed and shipped on Syspro
Dispatch procedures to be monitored and barriers are to be addressed accordingly

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Grade12 / Matric
Relevant Manufacturing and Store background
Must be computer literate
SYSPRO working knowledge
Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role
Knowledge of storekeeping practices and procedures
Strong organizational and administrative skills
