**Sales & Business Development Specialist**
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with accurate and relevant information.
**TENDER MANAGEMENT**:
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential tenders and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the CEO to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
- Write compelling and competitive tender responses that align with the organization's goals and requirements.
**SALES**:
Conduct targeted sales calls to larger prospects to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach efforts. Engage in effective communication and relationship-building to understand client needs and position our offerings as solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries, facilitating meetings or taking necessary actions based on the inquiry's scope.
- Utilize outbound LinkedIn messaging to engage with potential clients and foster business connections.
- Proactively build a list of potential clients to target for business development efforts.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging and scheduling meetings related to quotes, tenders, and other business development activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the CEO in day-to-day operations.
**Requirements**:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools
Excellent communica1on skills, both Written and verbal
Proven experience in sales or business development roles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with onboarding processes and administrative tasks.
**Renumeration and Work Hours**
Pay is R75/hr
9am to 5pm UK time
**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
