**Role Overview**:
We're looking for a junior to mid-level Experience Designer with excellent UI and graphic design skills, an insatiable sense of curiosity, interest in data visualization for digital and print products who's fiercely human-centered. You'll work in a cross-functional team with other designers, intelligence analysts, data scientists, product owners, and software engineers.

At the moment, we're a small design team with a big portfolio and we'll need to scale quickly. Our design focus ranges from building out the design persona, documenting the design system, end-to-end digital product design, creating marketing and social content to laying out editorial products.

You'll work with some of the best Experience Designers in the country that will coach and mentor you based on your career goals. It doesn't matter if you want to specialize in UI or branch out to other technical design skills like research, information architecture, content design, service design, interaction design, or prototyping. Our team plays in experience design strategy, employee experience, customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) spaces.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
We're fast-growing and the daily routine is highly variable. The design team works in a dual-track Agile framework with strict priorities to prevent context switching and to give satisfaction on delivering the best solution based on pragmatic goals.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Product design
- Creating infographics and other data visualizations
- Report layouts and design communication
- Prototyping and ideation
- Marketing materials, blog, and social media posts
- Workshop facilitation
- Anything related to human-centered design that we need to action for the success of the company

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Our guiding principle is - proven ability is valued over qualification and experience.
- A tertiary or related qualification in communication design, interaction design, graphic design, multimedia or comparable degree will be beneficial.
- 0 - 2 years in a UI or graphic design role is the minimum, if your experience falls outside these parameters please include a cover letter on why you want to work at VoxCroft.
