- 5-10 years experience in the HR Field, of which 5 years must be in a Senior HR Role
- Computer literate in HR Premier, VIP Payroll, ESS
- Have awareness in COIDA, SDA, BBB-EE, EEA, BCEA
- Understanding of company policies and procedures
- HR Planning and management
- Payroll and payroll procedures
- Disciplinary procedures, CCMA rules and Case Laws
- Audits and reporting to EXCO / MANCO level
