We are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior IT Technician to join our team on a contract basis and make a positive impact on our client's business.
As a junior IT Technician, you will be working onsite at our Brackenfell location, where you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure.

**Requirements**:
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
Experience with troubleshooting IT systems and providing technical support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Flexible to work on a contract basis, with the possibility of extension

**Qualifications**:
Minimum two years of experience in IT support or related field
Relevant IT certification or diploma is advantageous
Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English

**Duties include the following, but not limited to**:
Troubleshoot and support
Network installation and management (Routers and Cabling)
PC Installation and management
Remote and telephonic support
Onsite installation of hardware and software
Perform necessary tasks to maintain all technical infrastructure with best practices
Ensure client requirements are met for technical requirements
