**The primary purpose of this role is to support and manage the delivery of Region’s Group Reporting deliverables.**

**Reporting to the Manager: Reporting, you will be involved in delivering accurate and high-quality performance reporting information, collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders to drive regional reporting activities and deliver value-added analysis.**
- Ownership and oversight of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including consolidation (with foreign subsidiaries), group reporting packs and key bridge reviews.
- Preparation and review of the annual financial statements of South Africa's statutory entities, as well as review of the Rest of Africa subsidiary financial statements.
- Management of the group and statutory audit and quarterly review process with PWC.
- Ownership and completion of the regions reporting in HFM and Onestream reporting systems, including IC matching and workflow completion.
- In collaboration with the Financial Analyst - FP&A, provide detailed and meaningful variance analysis and explanation on the Regions Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) looking at key drivers/movements/assumptions.
- Develop, improve and drive efficiency in the Regions’ reporting submissions
- Develop a successful, integrated partnership with local finance teams and separate Group teams such as Treasury, Tax, Procurement and Sustainability, to ensure a well-coordinated reporting process.
- Assist the Manager: Reporting as required and participate in various projects and ad hoc analysis, where relevant, including support to the Finance Executive, CFO, executive teams and Group teams.
- Financial analysis as required
- Financial post graduate degree
- Professional qualification (CA)

**Required Experience**:
**Minimum 5 years work experience**

- Self-starter, who has the ability to work within a team and able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
- Flexible and enthusiastic, keen to learn with thoroughness and accuracy.
- Results driven - must be able to work under pressure across a global organisation engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced level MS Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with ERP and EPM systems, preferably SAP/HFM/SAGE X3/BW/Onestream.

**Salary**: R900,000.00 - R980,000.00 per year

- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
