**Customer Orders Administrator / Internal Sales**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to;**
- Receive and process customer purchase orders and invoices for daily deliveries and/or collections.
- Plan and schedule customer deliveries when required.
- Advise customers of any stock related issues, ETA's, suggest substitutes.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer orders when needed.
- Liaise with Head Office re. Orders / Stock / Accounts etc.
- Providing sufficient documents to relevant departments for picking & packing.
- Providing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the various departments with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Assist walk-in customers with new/existing orders for collection / payments / new sales opportunities.
- Phone existing customers to grow customer portfolios.
- Source new potential customers to expand customer database. (Cold Calling)
- General office administration (incl. answering telephones, providing invoices/credit notes, filling etc.)

**Key Requirements**:

- Matric +
- Previous experience - 3+ years in a similar position a plus
- Computer Literacy - Pastel Evolution, MS Office experience a plus
- Administration skills
- Sales Skills
- Self-driven & Self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-driven
- Ability to multitask
- Efficient
- Punctual
- Attention to Detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Internal Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Orders Administration: 3 years (preferred)
