Jika Uluntu NPC is seeking a versatile and dynamic Assistant Mentor to support our diverse range of services, including Child Services, Education Services, Health Services, and Financial Services. **Key Responsibilities**
- Support the facilitation, implementation and delivery of programs across Child, Education, Health, and Financial Services.
- Assist in the development and facilitation of workshops and activities tailored to community needs.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of program outcomes, providing feedback for improvement.
- Engage with community members and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and impact.

**Requirements**:

- A background and/or qualification or equivalent experience in social work, social sciences, health, or finance.
- Proven ability to work across multiple disciplines and adapt to different service needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, independent worker with a strong commitment to community development.
