Training and Compliance Officer

Reporting to the Head of Parts Business the Compliance and Training Officer performs a vital role within the global parts department coordinating and facilitating all training, updating and enforcing company policies, processes and procedures, analysing deviation and addressing non-conformance.
− Development and maintenance of an effective legal compliance program.
− Monitoring compliance within the department to all policies and procedures.
− Training of employees on policies and procedures.
− Developing, implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program for the parts division
− Develop and review all parts policies
− Create sound internal controls and ensure compliance
− Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders when needed
− Proactively enforce internal processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses within the parts business
− Advise management on the division’s compliance with set out processes and standard operating procedures and regulations through detailed reports.
− Create and manage effective action plans in response to non-compliance.
− Train employees on policies and procedures through the applicable SOP’s.
− Providing onboarding training for new employees across parts business.
− Gathering and analysing information to determine learning needs.
− Facilitating and delivering internal learning solutions.
− Developing and rolling out training material.
− Record keeping
**Education & Experience**
National Senior Certificate and Diploma, Degree added advantage with 5-7 years’ experience.
**Computer skills**
- Microsoft Package with very strong Excel skills.
- Presentation skills - PowerPoint and Visio
**General skills**
- Excellent understanding of policies
