- Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Paralegal Diploma in Conveyancing / completed Conveyancing course
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle
- At least 1 year of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or working in a conveyancing practice
- Knowledge of Lexis Convey
- Experience in Property Development Conveyancing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent client etiquette
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
