**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in divorce, estate and conveyancing
- Handle files from start to finish
- Drafting all transfer documentation
- Consulting with clients and attend to signature of documents
- Requesting cancellation figures
- Attend to all the financial aspects from start to finalization of matter
- Computer literate in E4 and Lexis Nexis
- To start as soon as possible
