1. Sourcing of local parts supply for Part Sales, CPD and General Parts (Mainly truck parts)

2. Identify new potential suppliers.

3. Provide sources for alternatives or equivalent options available for parts.

4. Price negotiations.

4. Load purchase orders onto U9 ERP system.

4. Place orders with suppliers and expedite deliveries

5. Run an open order report and follow up with suppliers.

6. Communicate all issues and delays to the relevant person.

9. Communicate with suppliers any queries and quality issues/claims.

10. Create and correct description and numbering protocols of parts.

11. Price updates - purchase and selling prices.
