**_Assistant Vice President - Supply Chain Management - Service Delivery Leader_**

**_ In this role _**
**_SCM Service Deliver Leader assists clients to think beyond the limits of their traditional business models, choose where and how they should add value, and reorganize to defend themselves against new threats and seize new opportunities. Together with collaborating teams, the _**
**_SDL uses target operations methodologies to describe the status, the desired future performance level, and the innovations vital to move forward on their journey to operational excellence. Strives for efficient and effective operational model development, operations transformations with great customer experience and end to end digital solutions. Accountable for delivering realistic plans to accurately manage resources, capacities and budgets. Manages and develops a top performer multinational team._**

**_ Responsibilities_**:
**_ _**
- **_Leadership _**_track record of setting up and managing supply chain analytics and operations in a _**_COE / shared services model_**_ _**
- **_Solid knowledge and experience in Inventory Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Sourcing Analytics & Operations, Data Analytics and Reporting _**
- **_Drive seamless delivery and customer experience liaising with all the relevant teams including client stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, customers etc. _**
- **_Design and implement process controls, continuous improvement plans, best practices, and policies to ensure top class operational performance. _**
- **_Leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead cross-functional diverse teams _**
- **_Experience in managing and developing multi-level teams with 50-100 people. _**
- **_Intense communication with all business partners to understand their needs and support them in the most efficient way for the company. _**
- **_Creates and owns the Operations Business Plan _**
- **_Ability to work in collaboration with peer group, cross regional, cross functional team and achieve desired outcome_**

**_Minimum Qualifications_**
**_ _**
- **_Master's degree from a leading university with outstanding academic achievement_**

- **_Experience in supply chain with rich leadership experience in managing supply chain analytics and operations in a COE / shared services model_**

**_ _**
- **_Solid knowledge and experience in Inventory Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Sourcing Analytics & Operations, Data Analytics and Reporting_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience in large and business or functional transformations_**

**_ _**
- **_Ability to rapidly identify issues and propose solutions, supported by data and analysis_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience in leading change in operational performance through technology interventions and digitalization_**

**_ _**
- **_Communicating compelling solutions to c-suite partners_**

**_ _**
- **_Commercial and financial acumen in understanding P&L, planning and control of the CAPEX and _**_OPEX related to his/her field_**

**_ _**
- **_Hands-on growth mentality paired with a productivity drive_**

- **_Experience of running and leading remote teams_**

- **_Validated records of strategic business integration cross-functionally_**
