National Hub Manager

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics; advanced degree preferred.
- 11 + years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
- 8 + years of experience in leadership and success in program management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision and goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Ecommerce industry and understanding of relevant policies, regulations, and trends.
**Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the effective functioning and growth of the national hub in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the hubs, including staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of employees to ensure high performance, productivity, and a positive work environment.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, clients, and community organizations, to foster collaboration and support for the hub's initiatives.
- **Financial Management**: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability of the hubs through effective resource utilization and revenue generation strategies.
- **Project Management**: Lead and oversee various projects and initiatives undertaken by the hub, ensuring timely completion, quality deliverables, and adherence to project goals and objectives.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and outcomes.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and challenges to the hub's operations and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**: Establish performance metrics and monitoring systems to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies governing the operations of the national hub.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, provide updates on the hub's activities, and prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
- **Innovation and Growth**: Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion, explore new partnerships and collaborations, and drive initiatives to enhance the impact and reach of the national hub.
- **Advocacy and Representation**: Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for the hub, representing its interests and promoting its mission and values within the broader community and industry.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the hub's operations, and foster a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
