**The Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
- Lead lead generation campaigns, utilizing advanced tactics to attract and nurture high-quality leads.
- Demonstrate expertise in HubSpot marketing and Apollo.io to optimize campaigns, automate processes, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to engage healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth and differentiation opportunities.
- Data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
- You are self-motivated, comfortable with a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing org structures.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English

**The Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably healthcare/edtech
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot marketing and Apollo.io.
- Experience with paid channels such as google, facebook, meta, etc.

- You have a ton of cross-functional marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space; bonus points at a hyper growth startup, EdTech etc
- You have worked at a very fast-growing startup
- You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team

**Salary**: R38 000 - R48 000 per month

Working hours: 8:00-5:00pm EST (2pm - 11 pm SAST)

Pay: R38 000,00 - R48 000,00 per month
