**Assessor & Field Service Technician**:

**Your main tasks as an Assessor**:

- Perform diagnostics and assess transmission failures.
- Assist with fault finding expertise on test bench.
- Generate assessment reports and quotations.
- Achieve quality and safety standards.
- Oversee the stripping section.
- General customer and workshop support

**Your profile **as an Assessor**:

- Qualified Diesel Mechanic [Trade Tested]
- Approximately 5 years’ experience in identifying cause of failure; generating failure reports and issuing of quotes.
- Approximately 3 years’ experience on fault finding using electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Computer Skills
- Intermediate (Ms Office) - ERP system knowledge would be advantageous.
- Interpersonal skills, good communication skills and experience in customer liaison.
- Valid Code 08 license.
- Tractor license (advantageous).
