**Job Purpose**
- To support change initiatives across NCIB - both internal (staff) and external (client) - by assessing the impact of change, determining and designing mitigants, and planning for relevant actions. Will manage and support a defined and prioritised backlog of change initiatives, consolidate needs to ensure good client or employee experience, and assist in developing mitigating content where needed. To liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all significant changes have a clear change plan. To continuously monitor and improve mitigation approaches to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.**Responsibilities**:

- Make recommendations on implementation of change plans by consulting with various internal stakeholders. Execute the responsibilities of the Employment Equity Forum Constitution by playing the prescribed roles.
- Manage team of change enablement specialists, ensuring capacity is balanced, tasks are well managed, and team is properly equipped to deliver
- Facilitate organisational change by conceptualising; scoping, designing and implementing change initiatives in Nedbank. Provide recommendations for improved staff engagement by analysing the internal culture.
- Collaborate closely with Change Execution team and take accountability for roll-out of change initiatives
- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives. Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy.
- Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank. Ensure business effectiveness by aligning Business Unit Strategy and individual scorecards to Nedbank Strategy.
- Establish a reputation as a credible consultant with senior leadership by providing relevant; accurate information. Collaborate with peers to execute plans by communicating shared objectives.
- Provide value to stakeholders by sharing knowledge and insights through forums and work streams. Build trusting relationship with direct and indirect reports by motivating; coaching, mentoring and inspiring them.
- Drive operational excellence across all teams through optimising resource utilisation and continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
- Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values by reviewing Nedbank and Business Unit Plan and ensuring delivered systems, process, services and solutions are aligned.
- Identify training courses and career progression for self and direct through input and feedback from management. Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe.
- Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.
- Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes (e.g. operational processes) that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
- Preferred Qualification- Relevant Masters qualification- Minimum Experience Level- 11 years+ relevant experience- 5 years in Banking or Financial Services Industry**Technical / Professional Knowledge**
