- Preparation for bonuses and salary reviews (annually)
- First point of contact for payroll queries
- Provide guidance on salary structure
- Liaise with VIP and ensure effective service delivery

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years Payroll experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of VIP Premier
- Ability to understand and provide guidance on employee tax
- Proficient in MS Office
- Intermediate Excel skills
