Luxury Hotel in Somerset West is looking for an HR Administrator with excellent communication and administration skills. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, assisting the Finance department with Payroll, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with recruitment agencies, placing ads, setup interviews, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labour laws.

The successful HR Administrator should have sound knowledge of labour laws. A top HR Administrator should be approachable, fair and have good multitasking abilities.

**HR Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Finance Department with Payroll
- Creating and posting job openings on sites, such as: indeed
- Arrange interviews, and do credit checks
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, annual leave etc.).
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.

**HR Administrative Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a HR role.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices.
- Experience on Payroll systems
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Good administration skills

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month
