Crane Truck Driver

An exciting opportunity is available at **Bilionetworks**, a company installing telecommunication infrastructure situated in Parklands, Tableview for a **Crane Truck** **Driver** reporting to the **Fleet Manager**.

**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**
- South African Driver’s License:

- Code C1 with Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Valid Crane Truck Operator Certificate
- 2 years’ minimum driving experience in South Africa
- 2 years’ experience operating a crane truck
- Successful completion of a Defensive Driving course will be advantageous

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and deliver materials and equipment as directed by the Project Manager
- Ability to lift or hoist to complete each task safely and efficiently
- Create and update detailed log of material transportation operations, including information about type of material, movement locations and additional data requested by Project Manager
- Communicate with Stores department on material movement
- Inspect the vehicle and equipment daily
- Ensure routine maintenance procedures and minor repairs are done as required and initiate additional repair requests from mechanics when necessary
- Additional tasks as and when required

**Competencies**
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Required to pass a full medical

**Experience**:

- Crane Truck Operator: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Crane Truck Operator Certificate (required)
- Code C1 with PDP (required)
