**Qualifications required**:

- Minimum of a Grade 12.
- Any other related qualifications would be an advantage.
- Computer Literacy.
- Written and spoken Afrikaans and English should be at an above average level.
- Relevant experience in the industry.

**Tasks**:

- Deal with Clients regarding technical queries.
- Deal with suppliers, sourcing parts, buying of parts, ordering of all parts both local and international for parts and workshop.
- Arranging collection / delivery of parts.
- Book parts via courier for clients on the courier guy portal and get quotes for our client’s parcels.
- Generate quotes for clients.
- Generate SO’s for all sales.
- Generate collection & delivery notes for clients.
- Ordering parts and take photos of all parts and send to procurement to get PI from supplier.
- GRN’s for parts received.
- Credit notes where applicable.
- Loading documents and potentials onto Electronic program.
- Excel spreadsheet for finance for monthly sales.
- Stocktaking when containers arrive.
- Assisting Revaro salespeople with prices, quotes and sourcing of parts.
- Manage staff with getting parts ready for collection and packing parts.
- Sell parts for equipment, loaders, forklifts, generators, side by side and TLB’S.
