IT Security Sales and Tender Administrator

As a IT Security Sales and Tender Administrator, you will be responsible for driving the sales of IT Security solutions and managing the end-to-end tendering process. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs, preparing proposals, and overseeing the tendering process to secure contracts.
Identify and engage potential clients in need of IT Security solution.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive offerings.
Client Assessment:
Collaborate with clients to conduct a thorough assessment of their IT Security solution requirements.
Propose tailored cybersecurity solutions to address client needs and challenges.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling proposals outlining IT Security solutions and services.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of cybersecurity solutions.
Address client inquiries and concerns to build confidence in the proposed solutions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome.
Close sales deals and collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
Tender Administration:
Tender Identification:
Monitor tender portals and identify IT solution-related tender opportunities.
Assess the viability of tender opportunities and make recommendations for pursuit.
Tender Proposal Management:
Lead the preparation of tender responses, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, contracts, and related documents.
Ensure compliance with tendering regulations, standards, and deadlines.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT Security solution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in IT Security tender administration.
Familiarity with IT Security solutions and technologies.
**Skills**:Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail in preparing and reviewing tender documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using sales and tendering tools and platforms.
