Studio Administrator

**Purpose of the Position**

We have a marketing/creative department that is a hive of activity across our various brands and spans in expertise from brand management to graphic design, copy writing, digital marketing, social media and more. The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful completion of all jobs coming into the team.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Receive, vet, schedule and manage all work coming into our diverse team.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.
- Keep management in the loop as to exactly what the progress of the job is at any given time
- Finding solutions to all scheduling and resource problems together with management
- Follow through on every step of a project and ensure it stays on track
- General administration
- 2IC to the Studio Manager
- Checking artwork against briefs
- Working with the team with to ensure deadlines are mean
- Working on Asana (task management system)
- Running of daily SCRUM
- Compiling Briefs
- Liaising with clients eg. General Managers at resorts.
- Compiling mailer stats reports

**Competencies Required**
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively and according to process
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
- Knowledge of graphic design will be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Great sense of humour

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven track record of traffic/project management experience
- Experience working in a marketing/advertising/agency environment
- Basic knowledge of graphic design to check artwork
- Highly proficient in MS Office. Asana experience advantageous.
