**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Experience working with or fostering a community of driven individuals (1-3 years)
- Experience working cross-functionally with logístical planning, event production, and long term goal setting with a highly technical audience (1-3 years)
- Experience with program management, including defining scope, time management, stakeholder management, risk management, budget management, and compliance with procurement and human resource requirements (1-3 years)
- Experience with metrics-driven tracking and reporting of outcomes to stakeholders (1-3 years)
- Demonstrated ability to work across team and organizational boundaries and with external partners to achieve results (1-3 years)

Comfortable leading internal and external meetings and roadmaps

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 2-4 years experience in a program management role, preferably at a technology company
- Understanding of quantum computing, Qiskit, and the open source community at large
- Background in quantum technologies and/or quantum programming languages
- Passion for education and career growth
- Passed the IBM Quantum Developer Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent work experience
