**Introduction**

Our Client, a leader in the Retail Industry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Umhlanga area.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Store Merchandising: Ensuring that shelves are neatly stocked, and identifying any products that need to be reordered.
Keeping the store clean and organized, including dusting shelves, sweeping floors, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed.
Monitoring security by being aware of any potential security issues and reporting any suspicious behaviour to management.
Order Fulfilment: Pulling, packing, and handling of customer orders.
Promoting sales by creating attractive displays, offering agreed discounts, or suggesting complementary products.
Learning about new products: Stay up-to-date with new products, trends, and promotions, and be able to communicate this information to customers.
Following company policies and procedures: Be familiar with and adhere to the company's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and safety.
Fully enabled to handle sales and service in event of requirement

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Grade 12 (Twelve).
At least 3 (Three) years of experience in a similar position.
Retail experience is a must.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Must work well under pressure.

**Package & Remuneration**
