**Debt Collector / Financial Admin Assistant**

**We are looking for a reliable, dynamic and self-driven Debt Collector(Preferably Female) to join our team in Mount Edgecombe**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintenance Of Debtors Age Analysis
- Send out Monthly Customer Statements
- Follow up on Overdue Debtors
- Resolvement of Customer Queries / Complaints to Fast track payment
- Update Customer Database Regularly
- Capturing and allocating bank receipts
- Complete Customer Credit Applications
- Processing of Credits (when necessary)
- Assisting with Admin Duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education - Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
- Minimum of 1-year Experience in the field
- Pastel Partner Advantageous
- Sound Planning and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Deadline Driven

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R6,000.00 per month
