Accurately and efficiently process and record daily bank/other transactions for Field agents and reconciliation of daily cash transactions.
- Handling of daily financial transactions (cash float) of Agents.
- Monitor cash flow including account balances and cash movements.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation tasks.
- Processing of bank statements.
- Reporting of daily cash position of the account.
- Administrative duties to ensure record keeping of reconciliations and related.
- Keep close communication with support teams in the regions to ensure accuracy and efficiency of life cycle.
- Work closely with Finance to alert of any financial risks and rebalancing demand.
- Manage dormant accounts for debt collection and activity efforts.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding banking.
- Negotiate payment plans with Agents.
- Report weekly on dormant and inactivity of Agents
- Matric + Relevant diploma / degree.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in banking environment as bank teller.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business.
- Knowledge of SAGE evolution will be an advantage.

**Salary**: R13,000.00 per month
