**Returns Specialist**

**Requirements and skills**

Minimum 2 years proven work experience as an Appliance Repair Service Technician or similar role for small home appliances

The ability to use various hand tools

Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair appliances

Effective communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

**Responsibilities**

Test/Assess the returns from the consumers and a return grade is classified based on the quality rating after assessment done

Carry out planned tasks in accordance with requirements and within time limits

Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the work

Assist manager to seek for the different ways to resell the returns in good condition at discounted price

**12K Monthly salary in 3 months probation period**

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
