- Own Transport & Valid SA Driver’s License (Must reside in Northern Suburbs)

Minimum Skills/Experience Requirements:

- A+, N+ Qualifications
- Installing, replacing & supporting desktop and computer hardware
- Understanding of network systems (TCP/IP comm. protocols, switches, routers, firewalls)
- Ability to diagnose network and internet connectivity issues, routing and an understanding of port-forwarding concepts.

An understanding of the following will be beneficial:

- Remote technologies (Remote Desktop, Citrix, TeamViewer, etc)
- VPN’s, VoIP Systems, Storage and backup solutions.
