Junior IT Technician

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Installing and maintaining systems, including software and hardware.
- Resolving any IT related issues remotely and on site
- Provide technical support such as troubleshooting, navigation, and even system upgrades.
- Log, assign and resolve support cases on the service desk within the severities
- Perform client visits as required
- May be required to work after hours/during weekends from time to time as some maintenance on customer’s infrastructure can only be done during this time.
- Create, manage and maintain appropriate site documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- A+
- N+
- Router & Switch management
- Printer knowledge
- VPN & Firewall knowledge beneficial
- SQL knowledge (Not compulsory)
- 3CX knowledge beneficial
- Sage/Meat Matrix knowledge beneficial
- 2-3 years experience

**Personal Attributes**:

- Neat and presentable
- Good Spoken and Written skills in English & Afrikaans
- Professional and adaptable - being always ready for a challenge and to learn something new
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work well in a group, but also alone.

**Must have own reliable transport and Driver’s licence**

**Remuneration Package**
