**Your Role**:

- As a Digital Channels Specialist, you will be the frontline warrior, expertly managing and resolving customer queries through our digital platforms
- Your goal? To deliver the outstanding service that our customers expect and deserve—the AnyVan gold standard

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Typing Skills: A minimum speed of 60 words per minute with high accuracy
- Customer Commitment; A genuine passion for delivering unparalleled service and going the extra mile for our customers
- Target Driven: Comfortable working towards and achieving targets
- Multi-Tasking: Adapt quickly, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
- Tech-Savvy; Proficient with IT packages (especially G-Suite) and digital services

**Working Patterns**

We are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides - all our roles require regular time in our office in the central business district in Cape Town.

We do not offer fully remote roles but we support hybrid working wherever possible (3 days in office, 2 days from home). However, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations many of our Operational and Commercial roles are fully office based.
