- Relevant tertiary education would be an advantage.
- 3+ years’ experience within the same or similar role giving technical support to clients
- Hands-on person who has overall technical skills
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Must have the ability to think out of the box and solve problems
- MS Office proficient
- Mikrotik knowledge
- Basic network knowledge

Duties will include but is not limited to:

- After Sales / Installation support on Genset Integration
- Commissioning Genset integration
- Dashboard setup and client reporting
- Giving technical support to clients on system

Pay: R15,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
