Medwell is looking to acquire the services of Registered Nurses with experience in the retirement industry, frail care and nursing care of persons with dementia. The positions are for a newly developed, luxury retirement village in Constantia. The village will eventually consist of a 20-bed Memory/Frailcare unit and 53 residential units where homebased care services will be implemented as and when required.

**MAIN FUNCTION**: Co-ordination and management of all healthcare services offered in the care/memory unit on his/her shift.

**LOCATION / SITE**: Schoenstatt Avenue, Constantia Valley

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**: Registered Nurse with experience in the retirement industry and a passion for working with persons living with dementia.

Experience in Homebased Care or previous exposure to it beneficial.

Knowledge and practical experience of the professional requirements and procedures required as stipulated in the Scope of Practice of the South African Nursing Council.

**COMPETENCIES**: Should appreciate the importance of person-centered care. Experience in taking lead of the management of healthcare services and staff in memory/frailcare unit for a particular shift. Good interpersonal skills. Able to work in multi-disciplinary team. Excellent communication skills. Fully computer literate in Ms Outlook, Word and Excel.
