Car Rental Agent

Daily Stock checks & rental administration
- Assist with customer service issues.
- Front counter customer service and sales
- Planning and scheduling of activities and resources
- Vehicle movement control and reporting
- Quality control of vehicle - mechanical and damages
- Ensuring the daily operation runs smoothly.
- Ensuring profitability and cost control
- Systems & general administration including accurate data capturing.
- Maintain professional image of self and work area
- Customer orientated thinking and behaviour
- Maintaining professional image of the company and self
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (accuracy)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills - multi tasking is key.
- Excellent time management (punctuality)
- Be able to adjust (flexibility) shifts and duties to meet branch and customer needs/demands
- Ability to think on your feet and use initiative - thrive under pressure
- Ability to sell products and services - target driven
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Have a positive outlook to all situations.
- Computer literate
- Customer-facing interaction and service (previous experience an advantage)

Minimum requirements:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Code B or EB driver’s license with own reliable transport
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
