Product Support Technician

Our client, a leader in the import, manufacturing and distribution of agricultural equipment, is seeking a Product Support Technician to join their team of professionals situated at Jet Park, Boksburg.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- To assist with the correct assembly and repairing of the implements as per specification in warehouse and field
- Assist with customers and employees with parts requirements and technical information.
- To assist our representatives to promote and sell equipment.
- Specialize on all technical aspects of the full product range
- Render technical support to dealer workshops and clients
- Perform all physical technical work as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in the Agricultural Mechanisation Industry
- A technical qualification with background preferably in Agricultural machinery and spares.
- Knowledge of various farming practices, techniques, and equipment
- Experience with precision agricultural systems will be to your advantage
- High level of computer literacy
- An aptitude towards customer liaison with good communication skills
- Great organisational skills and high level of neatness
- A positive outlook on life, a self-challenging nature, and high levels of ENERGY are required.
- The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles
- Self-discipline to work without supervision with strict deadlines and work under pressure
- Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently
- Willing to travel extensively for work within RSA and occasionally rest of Africa
