- **Good Communication Skills**
- No criminal record
- Five [5] years of Franchise Retail and Retail management experience
- Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage.
- Computer Literate. (Microsoft - will be an advantage).
- Strong merchant (trader) ability
- Fully bi-lingual speaking (Fluent in both English and Afrikaans) individuals that enjoy trading daily.
- Must be able to manage multiple stores plus staff

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
**Sales**
- By focusing on exceptional customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, presentation and promotion of stock, stock management, promotional implementation, and correct pricing of products according to our price image.
- Review and keep abreast of in-store product performance to provide feedback to support and enhance sales
- Strong customer service, management, and communication skills
- Offer world class service & ensure every customer the “Best “ Experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Identify and propose new opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness. This may include in-store marketing, competitor shopping, partnering/participating in local events and driving new accounts/memberships per targets (if applicable).

**Stock Management**:

- Ensure that stock is accurately received & unpacked to merchandise and replenish the sales floor.
- Monitor and manage stock levels through defined processes (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss action plans etc.) to mitigate risks (stock loss) and ensure adequate stock on hand.
- Oversee the overall maintenance of the stockroom to meet housekeeping standards.
- Authorize write offs, breakages, recalls and returns.

**Risk Management**:

- Conduct compliance checks through defined processes (e.g. admin checks, store audits, visual audits, COMO (Continuous Monitoring) reports, POS reports, health & safety standards, weekly stock counts, security etc.) to ensure and enforce overall compliance to policies and procedures.

**Management General**
- Managing of staff, staff training and coaching, meeting sales and stock loss budget, meeting profit targets, expense control, stock management and reconciliation of stock, merchandising standards, customer service, achieve general set target, scheduling of overtime and shifts, manage wages and timesheets, cash management & record keeping.
- Manage a low **cost** business according to the company’s low cost culture by driving efficiencies in the store.
- Ensure Admin duties within the store are done on time, every time according to the company guidelines.
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash, and managing in store marketing
- Conduct hiring and on-boarding of new employees
- Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson

**Customer Experience Management**:

- Ensure and maintain the implementation of customer experience processes (through the execution of business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, customer experience plans, visual standards, customer feedback, general housekeeping etc.) to meet customer service standards.

**Leadership & Development**:

- Lead and drive the team within a store to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy in line with company values.
- Identify & drive training, coaching and development needs with a focus on talent management and succession planning.
- Recruit, administer & manage performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Salary**: R23 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
