**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Normal work starts at 08h00 to 16h45 Monday to Thursday and 08h00 to 15h30 on Fridays. (Or as your job/tasks require from you.)
- Taking minutes of the Sales meetings and/ or any other meetings when required by directors
- Assist in tender document presentation/submissions and complete or update all supplier documents or supplier portals.
- Book flights, hotels and accommodation, and car rentals for staff were required, and ensure accounts are up to date
- Ordering safety signs on a regular basis with approved suppliers or ordering necessary items when requested and finding new suppliers.
- Assisting the Operations Director with transport arrangements when required.
- Manage company credit card payments and ensure all invoices and payment slips are handed over to the Account Supervisor end of the month.
- Arrange client liaisons for top management and stakeholders
- Any other tasks, work instructions senior management find fit to pass on to you
- Departmental ISO documents are completed and submitted to the SHEQ/ISO Controller.
- Calendar upkeep for Managing Director and Operations Director.
- Coordinate company/ internal events when required.
- Assist and support all departments when required to do so
**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
