We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hotel Bar Manager to join our team at Brahman Hills Hotel, located in Nottingham Road, KZN. As the Hotel Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our upmarket bar.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mixology and managing upmarket bars.
- Excellent product knowledge and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using the Micros point of sale system with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior bartenders.
- Professionalism, neat appearance, and exceptional communication skills.
- A people-oriented individual who can provide outstanding guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel bar, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize your extensive mixology experience to create innovative and high-quality cocktails.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our beverage offerings and provide recommendations to guests.
- Effectively manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the bar's profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
