**Qualification and Experience**:

- Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Business Studies.
- 3 - 5 years experience in data analysis experience within an insurance environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong intellect and ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization is required.
- An inquisitive and open mindset - open to ongoing learning, growth & development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Internal Process**:

- Collaboration & Requirement Translation - partner with teams to understand their business challenges and translate them into targeted data analysis tasks.
- Data Handling - extract, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Data Model Design - create and maintain robust data models and databases to support business operations.
- Insight Generation & Reporting - perform ad-hoc data analyses and generate reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Data Visualization - utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and digestible format for business users.
- Database Management - oversee and work with databases such as MSSQL and MySQL to support data analysis and storage requirements.

**Client Services**:

- Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the process of negotiating objective and realistic service level agreements, monitor appropriateness and recommend adjustments.
- Define service practices which build rewarding relationships, encourage innovation and allow others to provide exceptional client service.
- Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are managed.
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within the area of responsibility.
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
