Recoveries Negotiator

Helloan exciting new opportunity has just come available in our **Hollard Insure, Specialised Claims Services Department (Operations)**. We are looking to recruit an Uninsured **Recoveries **Negotiator.**

**Role Objectives**:
The Negotiator will manage the appointment on the contingency agents by ensuring operational efficiencies and quality service delivery. Strive towards service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process all recovery claims to secure a successful recovery ensuring that Efficiency by appointing the relevant contingency agen, productivity and superior Customer Service are
- Finalise claim as per standard - Update log - Update broker - Finalise on BPM and financial system
- Collaborate and work closely together with others thereby leveraging constructive team dynamics and innovation
- Align own behaviour with the organisation culture and values
- Achieve own performance objectives
- Actively participate in own professional development and career
- Proactively ensure use of time, of resources, money, materials or equipment is in line with policies and
- Build positive customer relations and solve or escalate customer queries and complaints
- Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and report to the relevant party
- Identify and recommend areas / ways to improve processes.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- 3 years’ Short Term Insurance Motor Recovery Claims experience
- Time Management & Prioritising
- Identifying and Solving Problems
- Making Decisions, Weighing Risks
- Thinking Clearly & Analytically

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric
- Appropriate Insurance Qualification
- Paralegal / Legal will be an advantage
