A reputable company in the agricultural industry is looking for a well-seasoned sales executive to promote and sell relevant products to new and established clients, locally and abroad.

Responsibilities include:

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships by connecting with new and existing clients presenting, promoting, and selling products.
- Promote the company’s brand, profile, products and solutions to all stakeholders.
- Compile and implement a sales and marketing strategy that focuses on current performance delivery and future growth performance.
- Manage sales and product forecasts based on sales history and budget.
- Engage in solution-orientated discussions regarding price lists and conduct daily liaison with management and procurement officers from relevant distribution and other companies.
- Remain relevant by being appropriately informed on competing products and area strategies.
- Coordinate product training, promotions and marketing in general.
- Assist the marketing team with the compilation of technical information to all stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of relevant best practices and promotional trends.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new product ideas.
- Proven work experience in a similar sales role. Minimum of 7 years practical sales and business development experience in commercial agriculture or related fields.
- A highly motivated mindset and target driven approach with a proven track record in sales.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business management, or agricultural sciences will be advantageous.
- A leadership mindset to influence the market.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills to lead and influence increased sales and market growth.
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Advanced computer literacy and presentation skills
- High emotional intelligence including excellent interpersonal skill
- Punctual, professional and fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Willingness to travel extensively locally and abroad
- Valid driver’s license and passport

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R80,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
