- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO and PPC campaigns, to drive online traffic and enhance brand visibility.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead a small team call center agents to effectively manage and convert digital leads into sales.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to optimize their performance and achieve sales targets.

**Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers and effective conversion processes.

**SEO and PPC Management**:

- Manage SEO and PPC campaigns to improve organic and paid search performance.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and monitor ad spend to maximize ROI.
- **Digital Advertising Proficiency**:

- Utilize digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- **Data Analysis and Optimization**:

- Analyze digital marketing data and user feedback to make necessary adjustments and optimizations for improved campaign performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and sales conversion rates.
- Research advertising trends
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand engagement and awareness.
- Monitor social channels and engage with the online community.
- Publish digital marketing content online
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Manage the relationship with digital creative and media agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Work together to ensure content aligns with digital marketing strategies and enhances the overall user experience on the company's digital platforms.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and lead generation and conversion.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen eye for detail

**Minimum Experience**:
3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment, of which at least 1 - 2 years' specialist experience

**Skills and Personal Attributes**:

- A broad understanding of the motor and/or the logistics and /or transport industry and legislation relating thereto.
