Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
▪ Executive diary management
▪ International and domestic flight bookings
▪ International accommodation and shuttle arrangement
▪ Hotel bookings and car hire
▪ Planning and coordinating of annual sales incentive trip
▪ Brand management within the company
▪ Ad hoc marketing and event responsibilities
▪ Management of staff
▪ Minute taking
▪ Presentation setup and compilation for EXCO and DCE meetings
▪ Purchasing and management of office groceries and stationery
▪ Purchasing of miscellaneous office purchases
▪ Monthly reporting
▪ Transportation of staff that are travelling to and from airport and/or Guatrain
▪ Managing the petty cash.
▪ Arranging the REDPRIDE award meetings
▪ Invoices for verification and approval
▪ Handling of certain expenses claims for the sales team
▪ Upload invoices on our Ariba system
**Minimum Requirements**
▪ Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification and/or experience.
▪ Suitable business management diploma or degree advantageous
▪ Previous experience within similar role
▪ Superior business communication skills (Spoken and Witten)
▪ Good communication skills
▪ Computer Proficiency
▪ Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport
