The Animation and Motion Graphic Artist at Wavebreak Media is responsible for creating high-end, on-trend Mogrt motion templates, Ae Templates, and animations for the stock media market. This role focuses on meeting the needs of both end users and internal users, as well as collaborating on projects with other teams in the Creative Content department for B2B contracts. The primary objectives of this role are to produce visually captivating animated content and ensure it aligns with the organization's goals and client requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design high-quality Mogrt motion templates, Ae Templates, and animations for the stock media market.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and best practices in animation and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the Animation team lead or Senior Motion Graphics Artist to understand project requirements and client needs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes to meet end user and internal user needs.
- Create animated content for collaborative projects with other teams in the Creative Content department for B2B contracts.
- Ensure that all animations and motion graphics are delivered on time and within project specifications.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to Wavebreak Media's file management and version control processes.
- Collaborate with the Production team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient project delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to animation and motion graphics
software
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design ideas and concepts.
- Ensuring that all generated content is original and does not violate copyright laws
- Maintaining a positive and productive work environment that fosters creativity and collaboration among other team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Animation and Motion Graphic Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, and Cinema 4D
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of stock media market trends and customer preferences is desirable but not required.
