Change Management will be run as an activity parallel to all phases for projects

that are being implemented.

**Change Management entails the following**:

- Document a Change Management Approach
- Preparation, readiness assessment and strategy development
- Communication Plan
- Training Plan
- Organisation Impact Report
- Detailed planning and change management implementation
- Reinforcing change (Data gathering, corrective action and recognition)
- Confirm change process
- Identifying, Logging and Filtering changes
- Managing changes and the change process
- Setup and presentation to CAB (Production Change Control Board)

(including Emergency committee)
- Reviewing and closing of Requests for Change (RFCs)
- Management reporting and providing management information

**Work Experience**

A minimum of 5 years exeprience

**Education**

Tertiary qualifications (Diploma /BTech/B Degree in Information Systems,

Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering).

date and end date for each project), and a summary of high level activities you

performed.
