**Purpose of the job**:
Overall and general management of the sales departmen
- Health and Fitness experience
- Strong team leadership and proactive approach
- Business to Business and Business to Client exposure
- Ability to communicate on all levels
- Ability to think out the box
- Recruitment and development of a team
- Generate revenue by increasing membership sales
- Driving and setting up of daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Maintain consistent target delivery
- Sustain optimal team productivity by recruiting on an ongoing basis
- Training, mentoring and motivating staff
- Manage the sales administration process
- Dealing with member queries
- Presenting our services and offerings
- Member retention
- Deliver superior member service
- Doing outreach events and promotions
- Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
- Attending and completion of all Sales Management training modules as communicated.

**Minimum requirements**
- Proven track record of consistent sales achievements
- Previous management skills and ability to interact at all levels
- Display high level of integrity and honesty
- Recruitment of sales staff experience
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Sound work ethic to lead by example in accordance with the Planet / Just Gym way.
- Own Vehicle with valid SA driver’s license
