**Job Title**: Data Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the office software platform to ensure smooth operation and data accuracy.
- Place orders for purchasing and ensure timely and accurate processing of these orders.
- Input customer orders into the system with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow.
- Generate reports on inventory, sales, and order status as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data management and order processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and inventory changes.
- Assist in optimizing the e-commerce fulfillment process and improving overall efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data management, order processing, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with office software platforms and e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with inventory management software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
