**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling**: Create accurate, detailed, and optimized 3D models for characters, environments, props, and other assets based on concepts, references, and project requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design team, animators, and developers to ensure 3D models integrate smoothly into the project pipeline, adhering to technical requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and refine 3D assets to ensure they meet the project’s visual standards and technical constraints.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Iterate on designs based on feedback from senior artists, producers, or directors to ensure the final 3D models meet the artistic vision and project goals.
- **Tool Development**: Develop and maintain reusable assets and tools to streamline the modeling process.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Art, Animation, Game Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in 3D modeling with a portfolio showcasing your work (characters, environments, props).
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of texturing workflows, including UV unwrapping, bump/normal mapping, and PBR (Physically Based Rendering) techniques.

**Skills**:

- **3D Modeling Techniques**: Strong understanding of 3D modeling principles and techniques, including topology, polygonal modeling, and sculpting.
- **Texturing and Shading**: Ability to create realistic and stylized textures using tools such as Photoshop, Substance Painter, or Mari.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring that all models are highly polished and meet the artistic and technical standards of the project.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to model optimization, performance, and integration into the larger project pipeline.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with artists, developers, and other team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Rigging & Animation**: Experience with rigging and skinning models for animation.
- **Game Engines**: Familiarity with game engines like Unity3D, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms to integrate 3D assets.
- **3D Animation**: Basic understanding of 3D animation principles, including character rigging, facial animation, and object movement.
- **Sculpting**: Experience with digital sculpting tools like ZBrush or Mudbox for creating high-detail models.
