Draughtsman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed drawings and 3D models utilizing various CAD software.
- Interpret and integrate design specifications, calculations, and sketches to produce precise and thorough drawings.
- Review and amend existing drawings as needed.
- Accurately calculate dimensions and material requirements.
- Produce drawings for sheet metal components.
- Execute precise calculations for dimensions and allowances.
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products.
- Generate multiple design iterations for comprehensive review.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Aid in the development of sales and marketing materials.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, printing, and sorting documents.
- Undertake any additional tasks or duties as reasonably required for the position.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of industrial materials and construction processes/manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in additional industry-standard CAD software, such as Revit and Civil3D.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Aesthetic design sense with a solid understanding of manufacturing and materials.
- This is not a requirement but would be Advantageous to have the skills to create high-quality architectural visualizations and renderings using programs such as 3DS Max, VRAY, etc.
