**Position**: Office Manager
(Personal Assistant for two executives)
**Area**: Pretoria, Gauteng
The Office Manager will perform a variety of administrative/secretarial support providing high-level executive assistance by leading the administrative team, answering calls, planning and organizing meetings, events and interacting competently with the complete cross-section of the school community, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.

**Qualification and Experience**:
Post matric qualification in office management and/or Industrial Psychology.
Minimum five years of PA/Secretarial experience, preferably in a school.
**Preferred Skills and Requirements**:
Overseeing general office operation.
Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel and car rental reservations.
Purchasing office supplies, equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English and Afrikaans).
Able to work and adhere to timelines and deadlines.
Must be an active member in a Christian church.
Excellent computer skills including experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other programs.
COVID 19 vaccination certificate is essential.
